Bioinformatics Students

We accept motivated students at both undergraduate and graduate levels to join our bioinformatics research team. Positions involve analyzing genomic sequencing data and developing computational tools.

Requirements

• Programming experience with agent-based tools
• For graduates: MSc or PhD students
• For undergraduates: 3rd year or higher

Preferred

• Knowledge of gene regulation and epigenetics
• Basic programming (Python, R) and bioinformatics
• Familiarity with cluster computing and workflow systems (Nextflow, snakemake)

Responsibilities

• Analysis of genomic sequencing data
• Development and implementation of computational pipelines
• Collaboration with wet-lab researchers
